1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in lightning protection emergency rescue work according to their responsibilities;

2. Personnel should try to hide in buildings or cars with lightning protection facilities, and close doors and windows;

3. Do not touch antennas, water pipes, barbed wire, metal doors and windows, exterior walls of buildings, and keep away from live equipment such as wires and other similar metal devices;

4. Try not to use TVs, telephones and other electrical appliances without lightning protection devices or with incomplete lightning protection devices;

5. Pay close attention to the release of lightning warning information.
