Nonlinear Resistor DC Parameter Tester

According to the needs of ZNO resistor (varistor) detection, the ZNC-17 nonlinear resistor DC parameter tester was developed.

The tester adopts the most advanced system-on-chip (SoC) technology, which greatly improves the integration of the instrument and enhances the reliability of the instrument. The instrument has an RS232 communication interface, which can transmit the resistor detection data to the computer in real time to facilitate the analysis and processing of the test data.

  • Voltage measurement range: 1.00~3.00kV
  • Constant current accuracy: 1.00mA±0.05mA
  • Voltage measurement accuracy: ≤±0.5%±1 word
  • Leakage current measurement: Leakage current is measured at U1mA*75% voltage
  • Constant voltage error: ≤1%±1 word
  • Leakage current measurement range: 0~100.0μA
  • Leakage current measurement error: 10% or 2μA, whichever is greater
  • You can choose 2-parameter measurement (U1mA and leakage current), 3-parameter (U1mA, U0.1mA, leakage current) or 4-parameter (U1mA, U0.1mA, U0.01mA, leakage current). When 3 or 4 parameters are selected, the nonlinear coefficient (1/log (U1/U0.1)) is automatically calculated. 9. The upper and lower limits of U1mA and the upper limit of leakage current can be set, and an alarm will be automatically triggered if the deviation is exceeded.
